About CompanyThe HR & Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources functions and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role combines strategic HR management, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative/operationaloversight to support the business objectives of the IT company. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Plan and execute talent acquisition strategies for technical and non-technical roles. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to selection and onboarding. Employee Relations & Engagement Develop and implement employee engagement activities. Address workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally. Conduct performance appraisals and provide guidance for career development.
Policies & Compliance Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and IT industry standards. Training & Development Identify skills gaps and arrange relevant training sessions. Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness. Payroll & Benefits Administration Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits. Coordinate Social Security Fund (SSF) and tax-related compliance. Operations Responsibilities Office Administration & Resource ManagementSupervise office facilities, procurement, and vendor management. Ensure IT equipment, software licenses, and infrastructure are maintained2. Process Optimization & SOPsDevelop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficientworkflows. Monitor KPIs for operational efficiency and recommend improvements.
Project & Team CoordinationCoordinate cross-departmental activities to meet project deadlines. Support project managers in resource allocation and timeline management. Legal & ComplianceRequired Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of IT industry trends and operational requirements. Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS systems, and project management tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field(Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR and Operations, preferably in an IT/softwarecompany.
