This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership and proven experience across international wholesale within the international luxury Childrens sector. You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop and implement business strategies, and play a key role in driving growth across multiple channels, both in the UK and internationally.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow domestic and international wholesale accounts, nurturing strong client relationshipsDevelop and execute seasonal wholesale plans in line with company objectivesLead in-season trading conversations with wholesale customers and respond to performance trendsLiaise with the warehouse to ensure timely and appropriate stock distribution to Wholesale customersUse Customer data to ensure each customer is carrying the best-performing rangesCommunicate collection launches, promotions, and business updates to CustomersImplement strategies for old stock and sample salesSeek new wholesale opportunities, initiate and negotiate contracts with new partnersMonitor and manage wholesale budgets, working to hit margin and revenue targetsSupport the design team by providing qualitative and quantitative feedback from wholesale channels to help shape future collectionsPlanning and delivery of seasonal showrooms and trade eventsEnsure the highest visual merchandising and brand presentation standards in all wholessale spacesKey QualificationsDemonstrable experience in wholesale management, ideally within a luxury childrenswear fashion Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse sales performance and respond proactivelyExcellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with partners, clients, and internal teamsProven ability to plan, track, and achieve sales and profit targets across multiple channelsHighly organised with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPassionate about customer experience and developing high-performing teamsProficiency in using wholesale management system (zedonk) and tools to analyse and report on KPIsExperience liaising with warehouses and overseeing stock distributionComfortable interpreting data to influence product development and buying decisionsAbility to work flexibly and on-site in Greater LondonA relevant degree (e.g. Business, Marketing, Fashion) is advantageous but not essentialWe welcome applications from those with a strong vision and a passion for shaping the future of a modern British fashion brand.
