Our aim is to drive faster adoption results that are sustainable and that can improve the ROI on an organization's most important asset; its people.Our communities of practice include Organisation Design & Workforce Strategy, People- related topics like reward, performance, talent development, Change Management & Communications, People Analytics & Insights, Skills Strategy and Social Strategy along with DEI maturity DEI assessment and Gender Pay Gap analysis.Make a real impact As a Manager of the workforce transformation team, supporting our People Advisory projects, you’ll be expected to understand in depth the people and organizational implications of transformational programms from strategy through to execution, in order to perform among other tasks, the following:Design HR strategies that are fit for the future, whilst monitoring and evaluating the return of investment thereafter Have the ability to assess organizations' needs and aspirations and support in advising the stakeholders involved. Understand HR related practices and methodologies Have the ability to design and coordinate large engagements on behalf of our clients in a complex HR environment while collaborating with diverse teams and capabilities What you get from us:Be part of a team that is delivering programms that involve multiple business functions, departments or potentially geographically dispersed across several sitesLead self by taking ownership of deliverables within the workstream and working closely with other PwC colleagues to drive high quality outputs to the required standards, whilst driving the desired outcomes of your own area of responsibilityLead others by managing a project team to ensure that business goals are met successfully and timely and at the same time support the team taking into account the performance objectives and giving regular feedbackAct with responsibility and accountability in areas such as scoping and planning of the components of the delivery plan with a strong emphasis on interdependencies with other programme workstreams or other stakeholders involved in the projectContribute to business development opportunities by drafting high-end and applicable solutions and proposals and support the development of new go to market propositions in order to strengthen the PwC brand What You Bring MattersBSc in Business Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences or any related field. An MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant area of focus is not required but will be considered an asset Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience (internal or external), where you can demonstrate that you have developed your business acumen and an in-depth knowledge on the above Communication skills that allow you to confidently convey and explain complex information, orally and written, in both Greek and in English Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines, while maintaining the high quality of deliverables expected by PwC A confident and positive attitude, focused on building relationships and working in diverse teams Willingness to continue learning and develop your skills as a consultant BRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAY Your skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
