Kevin De Bruyne's goal could prove costly for Napoli despite it setting the defending champion on the way to a 3-1 win over Inter Milan and back to the top of Serie A on Saturday. De Bruyne appeared to pull a muscle as he converted a first-half penalty, immediately clutching the back of his right thigh. The former Manchester City player looked distraught and had to be helped off the field by two medical staff. Scott McTominay and Frank Anguissa also scored for Napoli after the break, either side of an Inter penalty converted by Hakan Calhanoglu. The result got Napoli back to winning ways - after last weekend's loss at Torino and Tuesday's chastening 6-2 defeat at PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League - and lifted it a point above second-placed AC Milan, which drew against Pisa on Friday. Najveća šteta pričinjena je vinogradima, voćnjacima i šumama, a bilo je i odbijenih zahtjeva zbog preuveličane ili lažno prijavljene štete. Vatra koja je prije dva mjeseca harala Piperima nije ostavila mnogo iza sebe. Na imanju Slobodana Vukovića u pepelu je ostao vinograd i pomoćni objekat sa mehanizacijom, koju je decenijama stvarao. Nakon požara kod Slobodana su bili da utvrde štetu a od tada mu se više niko nije javljao. “Niti mi je dao kakav papir, niti mi je što rekao. Pojma nemam. Ne nadam se ničemu”, rekao je Vuković. Osim Vukovića, komisija za procjenu štete imala je 300 prijava a obrađena je tek polovina. Ipak, jasno je da je šteta ogromna. Petar Nuculović iz Komisije za procjenu štete Glavnog grada navodi da šteta po procjeni komisije iznosi oko 1.500.000 eura. “Sada je sigurno da će ta šteta biti procijenjena, odnosno isplaćivana u višem procentu”, dodao je on. Najviše su stradali vinogradi, voćnjaci i šume. Međutim, među prijavama su se našle i one lažne. Nuculović kaže da zbog jednog “prevaranta” moraju da provjeravaju sve poštene građane. “Pa bilo je takvih slučajeva zanimljivih, bilo je i to da su me pojedini poljoprivrednici vodili tri puta na istu parcelu, ali tu nema svađe, na kraju se utvrdi i vratimo se kod pravog domaćina i napravimo zapisnik”, rekao je. Slobodan se odšteti ne nada a nakon svega, kaže, najbitnje je da niko nije stradao. “Svako će se zabaviti o svojoj šteti. Ne nadam se pomoći ni od koga, a ako dođe, dobro je došla”, rekao je Vuković. Koliko ce ko dobiti novca zavisi od državnog budžeta za ovu namjenu a i to će uskoro biti poznato jer se isplata očekuje već početkom novembra.

Ο ισραηλινός στρατός ανακοίνωσε απόψε ότι εξαπέλυσε ένα «στοχευμένο πλήγμα» εναντίον του Ισλαμικού Τζιχάντ στην κεντρική Λωρίδα της Γάζας, παρά την κατάπαυση του πυρός που συμφωνήθηκε με τη μεσολάβηση των ΗΠΑ. Problem nepropisnog odlaganja otpada i dalje je izražen u Podgorici – osim na javnim površinama, nesavjesni pojedinci sve češće ga odlažu i na obale i korita rijeka i potoka. Nadležni poručuju da su na terenu stalno – ponavljaju da je problem u onima koji otpad bacaju u prirodu. Akcije čišćenja riječnih korita u Podgorici organizuju se više puta godišnje, samostalno ili u saradnji sa nevladinim organizacijama. Tokom ljeta, kada je vodostaj niži, sprovodi se detaljno čišćenje uz angažovanje dodatne mehanizacije, za šta je izdvojeno 100 hiljada eura. „Po tom popisu do sada su očišćeni Markov, Mosorski i Savin potok, kao i Ribnica, dok su radovi na Sitnici u toku“, kazala je Slobodanka Čabarkapa iz GP Čistoća. Građani su, preko RTV Podgorica, apelovali da se ukloni šut i višak materijala koji je ostao nakon izgradnje Moskovskog i mosta Milenijum. „Što se tiče Morače i Zete, tokom ljetnjih mjeseci čistimo plaže. Na teren će izaći naše kolege kako bi detaljnije procijenile stanje, i u skladu s tom procjenom reagovaćemo u svemu što je u našoj nadležnosti“, kazala je Čabarkapa. Na obalama rijeka često se mogu vidjeti plastika, staklo, gume, pa čak i građevinski otpad, što narušava izgled grada i otežava rad komunalnih službi. „Komunalna infrastruktura je postavljena. Problem nije u infrastrukturi, već u svijesti pojedinaca koji i dalje bacaju otpad u prirodu. Ne svih građana, već određenih pojedinaca“, smatra Čabarkapa. Iz komunalnih službi apeluju na građane da otpad odlažu u kontejnere i reciklažna dvorišta, kojih u Podgorici ima pet, kako bi bila čistija i ljepša za život.

U Republici Srpskoj (RS) danas je trebalo da bude održan referendum, na kojem bi se građani izjasnili da li prihvataju odluke visokog predstavnika u BiH Kristijana Šmita, presudu Suda BiH protiv bivšeg predsjednika RS Milorada Dodika, kao i odluku Centralne izborne komisije (CIK) BiH da mu oduzme predsjednički mandat. “Da li prihvatate odluke neizabranog stranca Kristijana Šmita i presude neustavnog Suda BiH izrečene protiv predsjednika Republike Srpske, kao i odluku CIK o oduzimanju mandata predsjedniku Srpske Miloradu Dodiku”, glasilo je referendumsko pitanje, koje je vladajuća većina u Narodnoj skupštini RS definisala 23. avgusta, kada je donijela i odluku o održavanju referenduma 25. oktobra. U međuvremenu vlast je odustala od refrenduma, Dodik je priznao presudu Suda BiH, kojom je presuđen na godinu dana zatvora i šest godina zabrane obavljanja predsjedničke funkcije, a u entitetskom parlamentu stavljeni su van snage svi zakoni usvojeni u poslednjih godinu i po dana, koje je prethodno Ustavni sud BiH proglasio anditejtonskim i protivustavnim. Između ostalih, poništeni su i zakoni zbog kojih je protiv Dodika vođen proces pred Sudom BiH, koji je završen izricanjem osuđujuće presude protiv njega. Dodik je odstupio s pozicije predsjednika RS, a Narodna skupština RS je imenovala njegovu dugogodišnju savjetnicu Anu Trišić Babić za vršioca dužnosti predsjednika RS, koja bi na toj funkciji trebalo da ostane do izbora novog predsjednika na prevremenim izborima zakazanim za 23. novembar. Dodik je početkom oktobra izjavio da je referendum samo odložen i da će se “najvjerovatnije održati 9. januara”, kada RS obilježava Dan republike. Iz opozicione Srpske demokratske stranke (SDS) ocijenili su da je najava održavanja refrenduma bilo samo “sredstvo za trgovinu i poigravanje emocijama naroda”. “Istrgovali su ga za svoje lične interese, kao i one referendume koji su trebali biti 2010. godine i 2015. godine. Narod Republike Srpske nije podanički narod kojeg mogu varati kao što varaju šibicari. Naš narod je državotvoran narod koji prepoznaje izdaju”, izjavio je funkcioner SDS Branko Blanuša. On je istakao da je vlast odustala od referenduma, a da se Narodna skupština “nije udostojila” da formalno van snage stavi odluku o njegovom održavanju. “Prihvatili su Kristijana Šmita, odrekli se državne imovine, prigrlili sve odluke Ustavnog suda BiH, prihvatili Sud i Tužilaštvo BiH i imenovali Anu Trišić-Babić kao v. d. predsednika RS”, podsjetio je Blanuša. Ulazak BiH u NATO? Prema njegovim riječima, sljedeći korak je da vlast RS prihvati ulazak BiH u NATO. “Sljedeći korak je poziv iz NATO-a za ulazak u članstvo. Koga su pitali? Gde je referendum? Nisu pitali nikog i referenduma neće biti, jer će već ovih dana biti nagrađeni skidanjem sa američke ‘crne listie’”, naglasio je Blanuša. Predsjednica Narodnog fronta (NF) Jelena Trivić izjavila je za novinsku agenciju Fena da bi “vjerovati Miloradu Dodiku u priču o referendumu bilo isto kao vjerovati u Deda Mraza”. Ona je neodržavanje referenduma nazvala “potpunom potvrdom političke kapitulacije Saveza nezavisnih socijaldmeokrata (SNSD)”. “U Narodnoj skupštini pogazili su sve – imovinu su predali na odlučivanje Kancelariji visokog predstavnika (OHR), dali legitimitet Ustavnom sudu BiH, a slijedi ubrzan put ka NATO-u. Sve je to do paketa Dodikove kapitulacije. Odluke Skupštine pozdravili su ambasada SAD, OHR i britanski ambasador. Time je sve rečeno”, kazala je Trivić. Prema njenim riječima, priča o referendumu bila “samo poligon za trgovinu sa strancima” i način da Dodik očuva vlastitu političku poziciju. “Njegova šuplja priča o borbi protiv mrskog Zapada ugašena je u 24 sata, glasovima njegove većine u Narodnoj skupštini. Sada je svima jasno da od referenduma neće biti ništa – RS je oslabljena, a ojačana je BiH”, rekla je Trivićeva. Dodala je da Dodik već godinama “igra za strane interese, najviše hrvatske, a ponajviše zapadne. “Srpski nacionalni interesi za njega su samo imaginacija i apstrakcija – i to su poslednja dešavanja potpuno razotkrila”, zaključila je ona.
