Job DescriptionGuggenheim Securities (“GS”) is seeking an exceptional Analyst to join its Digital Infrastructure Investment Banking group based in London.Our London-based Digital Infrastructure team is an integral part of GS’ global TMT franchise and leads the coverage and execution of transactions for TMT companies across Europe. The group advises clients on a broad range of financial and strategic matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity/equity-linked and debt financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and private capital raises.Graduate Analysts at GS are valued members of lean, high-performing deal teams. You will work closely with senior bankers on live transactions and strategic advisory assignments, gaining exposure to clients and helping to drive execution from day one. The role is suited to candidates with a desire to build a long-term career in investment banking with a view to earning a promotion to Associate at the culmination of their Analyst program.Essential Job FunctionsSupport execution of M&A and capital raising transactions across the Digital Infrastructure sectorAssist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch materials and marketing documentsSupport deal teams in developing, maintaining and using complex financial models and valuation analyses under guidance from senior team membersDraft internal and client-facing materials including memoranda, management presentations, and marketing contentConduct company, market, and sector research to support deal execution and business developmentCollaborate with deal teams and external parties including clients, lawyers, and accountants throughout the transaction processManagement of several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated interest in investment banking, finance, or corporate strategy (through internships or academic focus - relevant internship experience in investment banking preferred)Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookCommitment to meet the demands of high volume and high-end client servicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsResourcefulness, intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in financeHigh level of maturity, attention to detail, and ability to work with external executives and senior managementSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlinesDesire to join a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial platformInterest in technology and digital infrastructure is a plusBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or final-year student expecting to graduate in the current academic year, 2026)Strong academic performance with coursework in finance, economics, business, engineering, or related fields preferredWork LocationCurrently, this role is expected to be in the ­­­­London office at least 4 days per week.
