Job Description

End-User Support Service in Hungary is looking for a Junior/Medior End-User Support Engineer to support the office in Budapest on-site and colleagues in Hungary remotely. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the team to support IT infrastructure in the Budapest officeEnsure that equipment, documentation, and processes are properly maintained and accessibleAssist clients with resolving IT-related problems and inquiriesOperate, maintain, upgrade, and dispose of IT assets efficiently and cost-effectivelyParticipate in the ongoing development and enhancement of the end-user support serviceApply ITIL or other ITSM principles to support asset management and service processesProvide remote support for colleagues across Hungary as needed RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in a support users or related roleUnderstanding of basic hardware, software, and networking principlesNovice to intermediate troubleshooting skills for operating systems, hardware, and network issuesKnowledge of asset management and IT service management concepts, such as ITIL or similar toolsExperience supporting end users in IT-related environmentsAbility to work collaboratively in a team settingProficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher We offerDynamic, entrepreneurial corporate environmentDiverse multicultural, multi-functional, and multilingual work environmentOpportunities for personal and career growth in a progressive industryGlobal scope, international projectsWidespread training and development opportunitiesUnlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutionsCompetitive salary and various benefitsAdvanced wellbeing and CSR programs, recreation area Do you know someone interested in starting a career in IT?
