Synechron is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive account mining and growth within the Fintech domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills, proven experience in expanding client portfolios, and the ability to identify new opportunities in financial technology services and solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Mining & GrowthIdentify, develop, and expand opportunities within existing Fintech accounts.Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to uncover new business needs.Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling Synechron’s solutions.Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for client accounts.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of projects.Strategic Planning & ExecutionDevelop account strategies aligned with client objectives and Synechron’s offerings.Monitor market trends in Fintech to proactively position Synechron’s capabilities.Prepare business cases, proposals, and presentations for client engagements.Collaboration & LeadershipWork closely with practice leaders, solution architects, and delivery managers.Represent Synechron at industry events, conferences, and client workshops.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).7–10 years of experience in account management, business development, or client services.Proven track record of account mining and revenue growth in the Fintech/Financial Services domain.Strong understanding of digital transformation, banking technology, and emerging Fintech trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, global consulting environment.What We OfferOpportunity to work with leading global financial institutions.Exposure to cutting-edge Fintech solutions and digital transformation projects.Collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented work culture.Competitive compensation and benefits package.
