You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and contributing to efficient and transparent financial reporting within an international environment.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:Perform accounting entries, maintain ledgers, and reconcile accountsOversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entriesEnsure the accuracy and compliance of accounting records with Greek Accounting Standards and IFRSSupport the preparation and coordination of audits, as well as internal financial controls and proceduresManage end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate postings and reconciliationsAssist in developing and implementing key financial policies and procedures for European subsidiariesProvide financial and accounting guidance to Operations TeamsSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MSc considered an assetMinimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with solid knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards and good understanding of IFRS (German GAAP will be considered an asset)Proven hands-on experience with SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) - mandatory requirementFluency in German and English, both written and spoken - mandatory requirementProficiency in MS Office applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, accuracy, and attention to detailExcellent time management, able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEffective communicator with strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independentlyAdaptable, flexible, and comfortable operating in an international environment; willingness to travel when requiredBenefitsDespite your experience and skills, you never stop learning, cultivating an out-of-the-box thinking, a growth and entrepreneurial mindset, embracing ownership and agility.
