Management Accountant Specialist

As we expand with new Resort openings on an almost annual basis, our core purpose remains the same; encouraging guests to experience the Magic of togetherness as the World’s Leading Family & Beach Resort.Whether you’re looking for a strong career path in the hospitality industry, to learn new skills that will set you apart from the competition or to develop meaningful relationships and grow personally and professionally, our safe, strong, and sustainable environment might just be the perfect place for you.Your main responsibility:Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the FP&A team and key business partners to collect financial data and provide strategic financial insights.Financial Reporting: Support the month-end close process by reviewing cost classifications and proactively addressing any discrepancies or corrections.Management Accounts: Prepare and deliver timely, accurate management reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, at both entity and group levels.Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide detailed financial analysis and customized reports to support strategic business decisions and ad-hoc requests.Data Governance: Maintain and manage the Group chart of accounts, cost centers, and reporting structures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and documentation standards.Process Improvement: Lead or contribute to finance transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency, automation, and overall performance.Your main qualifications/skills:Finance/Accounting BSc within Accounting or Finance or Business administration and relevant Professional Qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA).3-5 years of experience in management accounting or a similar role or in Big 4.Strong Analytical/Accounting skills are required.IESOEL, ACCA will be considered a strong asset.Excellent Communication is required (Greek and English).
