The company provides a challenging environment that encourages initiative and promotes commitment to its clients' business objective.About the Role: The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate reporting, financial integrity, compliance with regulations and effective cost control. This role provides accurate financial information and analysis to guide strategic decisions and improve overall business performance.Reporting to: MD & Finance Director.RequirementsSupervise day-to-day accounting and control activitiesManage and supervise the accounting team, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and providing guidance and trainingEnsure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings, VAT, and other local obligationsPrepare and present the monthly management reporting package, analyzing financial data and KPIs to support business planning and decision-making,Monitor cash position, accounts receivable, and collectionsOversee and control payment plansPrepare the annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
