Financial Analyst

We are currently seeking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team, focused on financial reporting, analysis, and system-driven data management.ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from Pylon ERP to support reporting and decision-makingBuild, update, and maintain Excel-based financial models and pivot table dashboards for variance analysis, KPIs, and business performance trackingSupport budgeting and forecasting cycles by gathering departmental input and preparing variance reportsPerform financial reconciliations, ensuring data integrity between Pylon and reporting toolsAssist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals, journal entries, and supporting schedulesRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
