The Accounts Associate will oversee the management accounting process, ensuring timely billing, payments, and accurate record-keeping. The role also involves providing sales admin part, assisting with account reconciliation, generating financial reports, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the accounting function.QualificationsStrong Interpersonal SkillsGood Communication skills in both English and SinhalaSolid Analytical Skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentPrior experience in accounting or a related field is advantageousA diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management is preferred Or CA/AAT/CIMA
