Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bancassurance Sales Executive located in Colombo. The Bancassurance Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with bank clients, promoting and selling life insurance products, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their insurance needs, offering suitable products, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with bank staff to generate leads and ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing. Qualifications Experience in sales and customer relationship managementKnowledge of life insurance products and servicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft OfficePrior experience in the insurance or banking industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
