With two retail spaces, one is dedicated to promoting sustainability, showcasing brands committed to eco-friendly practices. The store emphasizes creativity, quality, and sustainability while offering a platform for local designers. Located in Colombo, it provides a curated shopping experience that celebrates Sri Lanka's design talent. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Colombo. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers, providing exceptional service, and promoting products in alignment with the store’s ethos. Additional responsibilities include displaying deep product knowledge, processing sales transactions, and contributing to achieving sales goals. The role also involves creating a welcoming and engaging environment to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Strong Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skills to effectively assist customers and drive sales goalsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and engagementSales experience to manage transactions, and support store profitabilityAbility to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a professional, customer-focused demeanorAdaptability, strong organizational skills, and enthusiasm for fashion and sustainabilityPrevious experience in retail, fashion, or sustainable products is an advantage
