The role involves managing invoicing processes, monitoring accounts receivable, reconciling payments, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. The Billing Clerk will also handle customer inquiries related to billing, update financial data into systems, and support the accounting team as needed.QualificationsStrong Finance and Accounting skills, including an understanding of invoices and reconciliation processesProficient Analytical Skills to review and interpret financial data and resolve discrepancies accuratelyEffective Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams professionallyAttention to detail, organizational proficiency, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredPrevious experience in accounts receivable or billing is highly desirable
