About The RoleThe Administration Officer provides efficient and effective secretarial/ administration support services to Sustainability Infrastructure and Assets (SIA) and Security Services. You will be required to liaise and engage with a range of customers and stakeholders, acting as a primary contact for the team for the majority of incoming and outgoing communication, maintain confidentiality, and utilise tact and discretion.About YouOur ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:the ability to deliver a high-level customer service within a continuous improvement, multi-disciplinary team environment, prioritise a workload, and establish good work practice by focusing on the client.the ability to verbally communicate needs, messages and information with clarity and sensitivity while interacting professionally and effectively with internal and external clients.the ability to plan and provide high level administrative support with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other relevant systems i.e., SAP, S4HANA, etc., to maximise your efficiency and work outputs.the ability to rapidly adapt to ongoing growth and change within the organisaion, structural changes, new processes, and provide solutions to specific situations meeting organisational or task needs.the ability to effectively build rapport and relationships with all team members by demonstrating communication skills, respecting others, and providing on-the-job training to other staff members as required to ensure essential tasks are undertaken.Mandatory RequirementsWhile not mandatory, a relevant qualification such as a Certificate III Business / Business Administration would be well regarded.About West Moreton HealthWest Moreton Health is one of the most rapidly evolving health services in the south east corner, with a community growth expected to almost double to more than 588,000 by 2036.
