Role Description We are seeking an organised and proactive Assistant to support day-to-day operations in a full-time capacity. Based on-site in Launceston, TAS, this role involves assisting with administrative tasks, reception support and managing communications, supporting client interactions and general Property Management support tasks. The role will contribute to ensuring efficient workflow and excellent service to clients. A collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering high standards of customer service are essential for this position. Qualifications Strong organisional and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.Attention to detail and proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and provide proactive support as needed.Basic knowledge of property management processes is a plus.Proficiency with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems, is advantageous.Previous experience in a customer service or an administrative role is highly regarded.
