With a focus on transparency, reliability, and open communication, we consistently set a high benchmark within the boutique building industry.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Level Residential Site Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position located in the northern corridor area. The builds you would be managing are located in & around Morayfield, Caboolture, Burpengary & Strathpine. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and building standards, and delivering quality homes on schedule. The role also involves liaising with clients and stakeholders, overseeing progress, and resolving on-site challenges.Candidates are preferred to reside close to one of these locations.QualificationsMandatory:- Must have experience and knowledge in using Onsite Companion for scheduling and issuing call up'sStrong site management experience within the residential construction sector Excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional rapport with clients, tradespeople, and stakeholdersAbility to ensure projects adhere to compliance, timelines, quality, and safety standardsProblem-solving skills with the ability & confidence to make effective & fast decisions on siteRelevant certifications and licenses required for site supervision and construction in QueenslandValid Manual Queensland driver’s licenseA generous salary package including vehicle, uniforms, laptop & mobile phone included.
