You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, create clear process flows, and keep everyone aligned. If you know your way around finance processes (bonus points for NFP experience) and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!Join our FinERP project on a 6-month contract, where familiarity with D365 is a big plus, and if you’re an Excel whiz, even better. Bring your expertise, energy, and curiosity, apply now and help us transform the way we work!What You’ll Be DoingTesting & Quality Assurance:Develop detailed test scenarios, scripts, and use cases to validate system functionality.Coordinate and execute testing activities, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Track and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.Process Documentation:Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, diagrams, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), and FAQs.Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as a liaison between business users, SMEs, and the implementation partner to ensure alignment and clarity.Project Support: Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and assist in risk and issue management.Data Migration (Desirable):Support data validation and reconciliation activities as needed to ensure data integrity during migration.Perform other activities as directed by the project manager and business lead.Our BenefitsWe support people to live their best life. Knowledge of budget planning, preparation, and forecasting processes is highly regarded.Experience in testing and quality assurance within ERP implementations.Familiarity with D365 Finance & Operations is an advantage.Experience in data migration (transformation and cleansing) is desirable.Ability to create detailed process documentation, including data flows and process diagrams.Proficiency in Excel, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.If you identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, then we want to hear from you.
