The successful candidate will leverage off their prior network to consistently deliver on targets and ensure the successful growth of Finstro. Key ResponsibilitiesDriving new business through brokers, accountants, and strategic partnerships, leveraging Finstro’s cutting-edge, industry-leading products.Building and nurturing relationships with clients, brokers, and partners, becoming their go-to source for financial solutions.Staying ahead of the curve with in-depth market research, insights into industry trends, and competitor analysis to provide top-tier solutions.Delivering compelling presentations and proposals that position Finstro as the best option for funding.Ensuring seamless onboarding for clients, ensuring they are supported and educated on the full value Finstro can offer.Tracking and reporting your business development activities to senior management, driving growth while maintaining transparency.Educating clients and partners on Finstro’s suite of products and services, highlighting how we stand out in the marketplace.Collaborating with the team and keeping brokers and partners updated on new applications and the latest product offerings.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 2 years in the business development field within the unsecured commercial lending sector (essential)Demonstrable success in exceeding sales targets and contributing to company growth, with clear evidence of performance achievements.Access to an established an active commercial referral partner network, particularly in the broker, accountant, and strategic partnership spaces (essential) A solid ability to drive and convert opportunities, effectively manage pipelines, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.Strong understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor landscape, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to drive business growth.Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, alongside strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to tailor solutions to client needs.Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and are eager to join an innovative and dynamic team.
