Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders. Assisting customers, including training if required, with support calls regarding use of web applications. Working across multiple systems including email, Jira, ERP, CRM, Website and online chat. A Bit About YouExcellent communication skills, both written and oral.
