You’ll work alongside a highly capable team, contributing to projects that shape industries, support communities, and create lasting value for our clients.In this role, you will:Lead daily on-site construction activities in collaboration with engineers, supervisors, and site teams.Champion safety, quality, and compliance across all regulatory, environmental, and heritage requirements.Manage budgets, forecasts, and schedules to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.Mentor and develop on-site teams, fostering a high-performing, engaged, and safety-focused workforce.Oversee contractual obligations, scope variations, and claims to minimise project and commercial risk.Provide constructability input, manage scope adjustments, and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.Whether you’re leading on-site delivery or supporting strategic planning from head office, this is an opportunity to grow your career, enhance your expertise, and contribute to projects that make a real difference - all within an organisation that’s serious about supporting your success. About youYou’re a confident and capable Construction Manager with a strong track record delivering complex site works safely and efficiently.Minimum 8 years’ experience managing construction projects within the iron ore sector, heavy civil, or structural remediation environments.Proven ability to lead and motivate large on-site teams (40+ personnel) in a FIFO setting.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, building positive relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams.Current White Card and relevant FIFO site inductions, with availability for a 2:2 FIFO roster from Perth.Proficient in MS Office, project management, and reporting systems, with strong attention to detail and hands-on problem-solving skills.Ability to pass project-specific pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
