A team member who wants to be part of a business committed to doing things properly, staying proactive, keen to learn and delivering outstanding service to our customers.Role DescriptionBased in Regency Park, SA, you will work closely with our General Manager, operations team, and field technicians to ensure smooth administrative flow across the business. A typical day may include managing calls, assisting with job documentation, supporting the scheduling process, updating systems, and communicating with customers and suppliers.This role directly contributes to the efficiency and professionalism of our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with general administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, customer communication, and file managementSupport the scheduling function by:Coordinating availabilityHelping align jobs with technician capabilityUpdating SimPro (job management system) with accurate job notes and status updatesAnswer incoming calls and help divert enquiries to the correct team memberAssist with lead intake and triage using our internal scriptsUpload forms, photos and documents into SimPro job filesSupport invoicing, quoting administration, and follow-ups as requiredMaintain digital organisation across SharePoint and SimProAssist the General Manager with ad-hoc administrative tasks and project workSkills & ExperienceRequired:Strong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and follow documented proceduresCompetent with computers and cloud-based systemsAbility to manage competing prioritiesFavourable:Experience with scheduling, dispatching or calendar coordinationExposure to job management systems (SimPro experience highly desirable)Experience in the trade or service industryFamiliarity with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 toolsWhat We OfferFlexible part-time hours (school-hours friendly)Supportive team environment with clear processesOpportunities to grow with the business as we expandInvolvement in a modern, systemised plumbing company focused on quality and continuous improvementOn-the-job training for all internal systemsHow to ApplyPlease send your resume and a short cover letter to shannon@brownandsonplumbing.com.auoutlining why you believe you’d be the right fit for the role.
