Together, we'll enable the future — starting with yours.Top Reasons to Work with TDCXAttractive remuneration and great perksComprehensive medical, insurance, and social security coverageWorld-class workspacesEngaging activities and recognition programsStrong learning and development plans for your career growthPositive work culture that enables your futureEasy-to-access location with direct public transport linksFlexible working arrangementsCoaching and mentoring from experts in your fieldJoin a global company, winner of hundreds of industry awardsWhat is Your Mission?Campaign Setup & ConfigurationExecute programmatic campaign setup: campaign creation, targeting configuration, creative upload, and MMP integration.Follow client playbooks and implementation guidelines.Campaign Optimization & ManagementMonitor live campaigns and perform in-flight optimizations (creatives, targeting, bids, and budgets).Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to improve performance.Collaborate with the client’s sales team to provide ongoing recommendations and placement strategies.Reporting & Data AnalysisTrack and evaluate daily campaign performance.Generate customized performance reports and dashboards using Excel / Google Sheets.Support Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with data preparation, charts, and performance summaries.Client Communication & CoordinationRespond to product, performance, and account-related inquiries through Slack, Zendesk, and other communication channels.Provide timely updates and collaborate closely with internal sales and account teams.Who Are We Looking For?1–2 years of experience in performance marketing, mobile app marketing, or digital advertising operations.Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other online ad platforms.Familiarity with key advertising metrics (Impression, Click, CPM, CPI, ROAS).Understanding of mobile ad tech ecosystem: DSPs, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), Ad Exchanges.Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data-driven decision making.Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.Fast learner with the ability to pick up new tools and technologies.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in Google/Meta Ad Ops or overseas advertising optimization agencies.Experience supporting mobile advertising clients and presenting campaign insights.Strong skill in media planning, performance analysis, and stakeholder communication.About TDCXSingapore-headquartered TDCX is a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) company that provides customer experience (CX) solutions, sales and digital marketing services, and content moderation for clients across various industries.
