Red View Ventures is hiring as an Amazon Account manager to grow our team and help our clients grow their sales on Amazon.As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be an early hire for our Agency that has grown 100%+ YoY to work closely with fast-growing brands to help them increase their Amazon sales.About Red View VenturesRed View Ventures is a young and fast growing ecommerce agency focused on profitably scaling Amazon brands. Our founder is a serial entrepreneur with 3+ exits of Amazon FBA brands & other marketing companies. Prior to starting Red View, our founder David bought his first Amazon store and grew sales by 500% in the 1st year before he later resold it. After his exit, David launched Red View in 2022 which has been growing profitably and is currently servicing 18 Amazon brands. This role will be the second US-based hire to grow the account team to new heights and help the founder grow the company's client base.We work with a variety of businesses from baking soda sellers to outdoor lawn games. Our results speak for themselves. We have taken clients from $200k/month to $2M/month in sales and taken other clients from 0 to $500k/month in 90 days.We are a small team of e-commerce operators who love helping different businesses unlock their potential on Amazon. We have built successful Amazon FBA brands and will teach you everything we know about how to build an Amazon business, and make you an expert in Amazon ecommerce marketing if you are not already.We are great at what we do. And the best part is that our growth playbook for scaling brands is proven regardless of the industry. We have successfully built a comprehensive 8-step process that ranges from inventory management to scaling PPC to growing product reviews. This system has been designed to get brands scaling on Amazon as quickly as possible.Job OverviewAs the Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing 5-8 client accounts at any given time. We are a small team, so you’ll have the opportunity to dive right in and wear many hats. This includes the nitty gritty tasks like doing keyword research and optimizing product images based on the listing conversion rate, all the way to interfacing directly with the client to report on performance and make recommendations based on what you’ve learned.You will have the support of our internal team who are experts in Amazon PPC to help execute on client objectives. Being an early hire, there is a tremendous amount of upside to grow into the team lead as the company scales. You have the ability to grow in responsibilities, title and even compensation as the organization grows with more clients and revenue.Our goal is to grow the business exclusively with a talented team where everyone has ample opportunities, responsibilities, and is compensated well.Who You AreYou know Amazon Seller Central inside and out. You routinely analyze ad campaigns, Search Query Performance reports, and can easily audit an account to identify the gaps and opportunities to scale it up.You have been client facing. You know how to communicate and coach a client through a new type of business they might not be super familiar with. You have experience with client retention, upsells and satisfaction in some form of account services role.You can juggle many tasks. Working on multiple client accounts often means that you can be juggling a lot of different things at any given time. You have experience with this and can project manage your way to success. You have some experience utilizing a project management software to balance 7-8 projects at the same time from start to finish. Bonus points if you’ve worked with contractors or team mates overseas to get the project from start to finish.You are data driven. Reporting and results are key to client success. You understand how to look at an excel sheet with PPC data and use formulas like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to create visualizations.You are a self starter. You possess a natural bias for action that pushes projects and initiatives forward.
