As the only three-sided platform connecting healthcare providers, personal injury law firms, and injured families, GAIN has processed over 200K cases, managed $2B in receivables, and supports 5,000 providers and 20,000 attorneys nationwide.Our AI-driven RCM platform improves provider collections from 39% to 56%, while enabling injured patients to access immediate medical care with zero upfront cost.Now entering a new stage of growth—including a potential Series B raise, national expansion, and brand acceleration—we are elevating how GAIN and its executives show up in the public arena across all major digital platforms.Role SummaryWe are looking for a Senior Content & Social Media Manager who blends world-class writing with multi-platform digital strategy.This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in journalism, literature, communications, creative writing, or media studies, who has evolved their craft into content strategy and executive communications.You will shape how GAIN—and its C-suite—shows up publicly on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, and X. You will write daily content, react in real time to industry news, translate complex healthcare policy into compelling stories, and optimize performance across platform algorithms.You will also support the creation of high-quality marketing and sales assets, including case studies, scripts, long-form articles, and narrative frameworks for campaigns.This position is ideal for a near native english fluency professional@native with 8–12 years of experience, proven success in C-suite content development, and deep fluency in social media growth, analytics, and content repurposing.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Social Media Management}Lead strategy and execution for GAIN’s LinkedIn and multi-platform corporate presence.Maintain a consistent posting cadence highlighting product updates, customer wins, case studies, culture, and industry insights.Produce high-quality content formats including carousels, polls, short-form videos, and visual storytelling assets.Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to support campaigns, launches, events, and ABM initiatives.Executive Social Media ManagementBuild and execute the content strategy for GAIN’s C-suite across all relevant platforms.Develop platform-specific strategies leveraging algorithmic best practices, trending formats, and AI-powered optimization tools.React quickly to industry developments (regulatory changes, tort reform, RCM trends) with rapid content turnaround.Grow executive reach, credibility, and influence within the healthcare, legal, and business communities.Thought Leadership & Long-Form ContentCo-develop long-form content including articles, whitepapers, keynote scripts, case studies, and industry analyses.Build modular content frameworks that can be repurposed into carousels, TikTok/Reels scripts, video shorts, newsletters, and X threads.Translate complex legal and healthcare policy into clear, compelling, and authoritative narratives that drive credibility and inbound opportunity.Strategy, Analytics & OptimizationTrack performance across all platforms and deliver weekly + monthly reporting with actionable insights.Use analytics tools and AI platforms to identify patterns, trends, and high-performing formats.Maintain a proactive trendwatching workflow to identify timely opportunities for executive commentary.Continuously refine voice, messaging, and creative direction through structured feedback loops.Qualifications & ExperienceRequiredC2 English proficiency required (executive-level writing and communication).8–12 years of experience in digital content, executive communications, journalism, editorial strategy, or social media strategy.Proven experience creating content strategy for C-suite leaders in complex or regulated industries.Exceptional writing skills: narrative structure, voice calibration, clarity, long-form and short-form versatility.Deep understanding of algorithmic behavior across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and X.Demonstrated ability to optimize content with analytics, AI tools, and scheduling platforms.Ability to rapidly learn and internalize complex subject matter (healthcare operations, RCM, lien law, tort reform).Experience managing high-stakes stakeholders with minimal oversight.High responsiveness and comfort with fast-paced, real-time content cycles.PreferredDegree or formal studies in Journalism, Literature, Communications, Creative Writing, Media Studies, Humanities, or related writing-intensive fields.Background in journalism, editorial strategy, narrative development, or thought leadership content creation.Experience translating complex topics into accessible and engaging narratives.Industry experience in healthcare, fintech, legal tech, or policy-driven environments (a plus).Hands-on experience producing creative assets (short-form video, scripts, carousels, visual storytelling).Understanding of content’s role in ABM, growth, talent attraction, PR, and investor relations.Proficiency with video editing and design tools.Soft SkillsHighly Organized: Strong planning, documentation, and project management.Voice-Driven Writer: Ability to adopt and maintain a consistent executive voice.Communicative & Collaborative: Excellent communication with executives and cross-functional teams.Problem Solver: Anticipates challenges and proposes practical solutions.Adaptive: Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Accountable: Ownership mindset; delivers high-quality work independently.Results-Oriented: Focused on performance, optimization, and measurable impact.Why This Role MattersThe next 18 months are transformational for GAIN—marked by rapid expansion, national visibility, and strategic positioning for future opportunities.The public presence of our executives will significantly influence investor perception, partnerships, talent acquisition, and industry leadership.This role offers unusual visibility, influence, and impact.Your work will shape how the entire industry sees GAIN.
