IBEDC is dedicated to distributing power efficiently and improving the lives within its communities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Analyst role based in Lagos. The Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include identifying trends, preparing insightful reports, developing actionable recommendations, and collaborating with different teams to optimize operations and meet organizational objectives. Qualifications Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsAbility to gather, process, and interpret complex data effectivelyProficiency in data visualization tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering insights to stakeholdersExperience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologiesProject management and team collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related fieldExperience in the energy or utility sector is a plus
