Location: 1687/1 Phahon19 Building, 2nd Floor, Unit O2 (Room 2037), Phahonyothin Road, Chatuchak Sub-district, Chatuchak District, Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)Salary: Upto USD 2700 or negoJob Responsibilities Provide technical support and promptly respond to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels. Develop and maintain Android demo applications showcasing FaceID SDK features. Create and share sample codes or technical examples to assist customers in their development process. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of Android applications. Study and fully understand all FaceID products and features to confidently address customer questions. Act as a technical consultant — advise customer development teams and review their code when needed. Provide technical documentation and support for FaceID Android SDK integration and migration. Manage SDK upgrade processes and offer clear, step-by-step guidance to customer development teams. Identify, investigate, and resolve customer-reported technical issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with the Android product team to report and resolve bugs or product issues. Utilize Linux command-line tools for service installation and server log analysis.Requirements and Skills3+ years of experience in Android developmentExperience working on banking projects (preferred)Familiarity with eKYC products/solutions, such as projects integrating FaceID functionality, facial recognition, or face comparison features Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Android OS versions, and handling different screen sizes. Familiarity with RESTful APIs for connecting Android applications to backend services. Solid understanding of Android UI design principles, design patterns, and best practices.
