We dig deep into various circuit architectures and collaborate across technical teams and boundaries to solve problems at their root.ADI GO&T team is seeking a Product Engineer to support assigned IC products through the full product life-cycle. Assignment may be in industrial, medical, cloud and data center, automotive, or mobility solutions product support.Educational Background: Bachelor of Science / Master’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Material Science and Engineering / Physics / Applied PhysicsExperience: NCG - BS/MS GraduateKnowledge, skill and abilities:Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively across engineering disciplines to solve problems. Ability to own and drive projects with minimal supervision. For ECE graduates: Knowledge of analog/digital integrated circuit topologies, ability to do circuit analysis and understand complex circuit functionalities, and familiarity with laboratory bench tools and operation.For MSE/Physics graduates: Exposure to any device fabrication process (UV Lithography, PVD/CVD, Wet/Dry etch, wafer cleaning, etc.) and knowledge on device physics of semiconductor devices like diodes, MOSFETs / JFETs.Major Duties & Responsibilities: Product yield performance review and correlation analysis using data mining and analysis tools like KLA-ACE and EMA.Yield enhancement on a variety of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.Define the scope and impact of problems by identifying failure modes, the quantity of material affected, and defect density analysis.Perform electrical characterization of ADI ICs in the lab using various bench tools.Perform die-level fault isolation and physical failure analysis to determine the failure mechanism of yield loss.Drive resolution to problems that you identify with other groups such as fab, test, assembly, or designFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
