Role OverviewWe are expanding our evening recruitment support team to engage candidates who have submitted applications or shared their CVs. Your primary focus will be confirming interest, discussing relevant opportunities across our brands, and booking discovery calls with our recruitment team.Flexible working hours, 2-hour shifts between 5:00 pm and 8:30 pm over 5 days. Evening shifts provide higher contact rates, enabling more productive conversations and faster achievement of targets.Key Responsibilities Download and review candidate CVs prior to outreach Conduct outbound calls and engage applicants professionally Present available roles across our brands Capture key information and schedule discovery calls Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the recruitment teamSuitable Candidate Clear, confident communicator Professional phone manner with a personable approach Comfortable balancing administrative tasks with outreach Organised, reliable, and detail oriented Target driven with a proactive mindset Previous experience in customer service or administration is desirableWhy Join UsThis is a flexible, results-driven role suited to individuals looking for evening work that complements daytime commitments.
