A certification that underlines our commitment to providing a workplace that stands out.So what’s the challenge...The Architect/Civil Engineer will work with the Retail Construction Project Team through a fixed-term contract, monitoring and controlling surveys related to OPAP Stores network development. He/she will also need to assist in a broader range of a project responsibilities.Your day to day will include:Developing project design from preliminary to full construction drawings and documentation using software design toolsManaging assigned projects from start to finish; gathers and analyses relevant information to provide architectural solutionsReviewing in detail the architectural conceptual proposalsPreparing and monitoring the technical specifications based on Greek legislation related to buildings’ design and developmentLiaising with government authorities, assisting with technical administration materialWorking closely with project team members and colleagues to ensure their actions are alignedWhat you need to succeed:Bachelor's degree in Architect, Civil or Survey Engineering; a Master's Degree will be preferred2+ years of related professional experienceExperience in design management is essential; previous experience in retail engineering will bepreferableVery good knowledge of architectural subject and also related legal frameworkKnowledge in Electrical-Mechanical (E/M) design will be mostly appreciatedProficient user of AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience in 3D renderingSelf-motivated, with passion and a results-driven approachAble to take the right initiatives, demonstrating energy and a “can do” attitudeA genuine team player who works efficiently both on its own and within a teamExcellent communication and presentation skills both in Greek and English languages (oral &written)What’s in it for you?An award-winning working environment 🚀State of the art facilities including gym & restaurant 🏢Hybrid working model 💻Competitive salary package and bonus scheme 💸Health insurance coverage & Pension Plan 🙏Monthly food allowance 🍴Continuous learning with classroom/digital trainings by OpapAcademy 🎓Internal Career Opportunities 💼Well-Being Activities 💪OPAP Group is an equal opportunity employerDoes this sound like you?
