iKnowHow Group is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions group of companies operating internationally for approximately 23 years.iKnowHow utilizes state-of-the-art technologies and handles end-to-end internal and external project development, from conception to completion. The second pillar of the group is our Robotics & Innovation division, which focuses on the design and production of customized robots.We are now looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong technical skills who combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills to influence technology strategy across the organization and work in our new challenging projects.Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and roadmapCollaborate with presales and sales teams to translate customer needs into compelling, technically sound solutions and presentationsDevelop architectural documentation, including solution diagrams, technical proposals, design specifications, and integration patternsReview and validate solution architectures from engineering teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standardsEvaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, patterns, and tools tailored to specific customer contextsDevelop architectural blueprints, guidelines, and patterns for application, data, integration, and cloud architecturesAdvise on technology selection, frameworks, and architectural patterns tailored to specific customer contextsServe as a trusted technical advisor to engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholdersConduct research and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (e.g., cloud-native services, AI/ML platforms, integration technologies, microservices)Stay current with emerging technologies, evaluating how they can enhance solution offerings and customer outcomesAssess opportunities to modernize legacy systems through re-architecture, refactoring, or re-platformingRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field8+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, or enterprise-level engineeringProven experience designing distributed systems, cloud-native solutions, and integration architecturesExperience supporting sales and presales activities such as solution proposals, RFP responses, and customer presentations is a strong advantageStrong expertise in modern architecture patterns such as microservices, event-driven systems, domain-driven design (DDD), and API-first developmentSolid understanding of security, scalability, performance optimization, and integration architectureKnowledge of Enterprise architecture methodologies (e.g. TOGAF); Experience in agile software development processes and methodologies, DevOps approach and associated technologies (e.g. dependency management, CI/CD, cloudbased environments, cloud architecture, REST APIs) Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance.
