This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll have the freedom to define your schedule and make decisions that matter.Your responsibilities will include:Full P&L accountability for your region, driving profitability and operational excellence.Leading and mentoring Practice Managers, 2ICs, and nurse teams to build high-performing centres.Managing the doctor lifecycle — onboarding, training, contract renewals, and retention strategies.Reviewing daily operational dashboards to monitor labour forecasts, gross billings, consumables costs, and compliance.Driving strategic initiatives such as nurse recruitment campaigns, urgent care expansion, and labour cost optimisation.Collaborating with senior leadership in fortnightly meetings, while enjoying flexibility to work from home when appropriate. This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, multi-site environment and wants to make a tangible impact on service delivery and team success.What you’ll need to succeed 5+ years’ experience in multi-site operations management.Open to industry experience in Healthcare, Retail, Hospo, or any industry where your remit aligns.Proven track record of P\&L accountability and delivering commercial results.Strong leadership skills with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.Resilience and strategic problem-solving ability to manage competing priorities.Healthcare experience is highly desirable, but we also welcome candidates from retail, hospitality, or territory-level business development backgrounds who bring strong operational and people leadership.What you’ll get in return Competitive salary: OTE of $164k + $15K car allowance, made up of$120K–$130K base Attractive bonus structure: Up to 10% KPI bonus (paid biannually), $10K staff retention bonus, and up to $12K additional performance bonusFull autonomy to manage your schedule with flexibility for WFH when you need it.Be part of a growth-focused organisation with a strong internal promotion culture — many of the senior leaders started in this role.A leadership team that values development, progression, and purpose.
