We operate a fleet of aircraft from our base at Perth Airport. We specialise in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Operating Officer and the broader Senior Leadership Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role requires exceptional ability to manage competing priorities, safeguard confidential information, and foster strong working relationships. Key responsibilities include event planning and coordination, managing calendars, emails, travel arrangements, and expense processing. You will also play a significant role in planning, developing, and delivering strategic initiatives in close collaboration with the Leadership Team.You’ll HaveExperience providing administrative support to multiple senior executives.Proven ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Exceptional time management and organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.Demonstrated experience planning and managing office events.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organisation.
