Our Group Sustainability team plays a central role in this transformation — developing the strategy, partnerships and investments needed to reach our climate goals and strengthen the long-term resilience of the business.Join us as Senior Manager Sustainability Disclosures and Governance and play a key role in shaping Qantas Group’s sustainability reporting strategy and disclosures. Reporting to the Head of Sustainability Disclosures and Governance you will support the development and delivery of Qantas Group's comprehensive sustainability reporting strategy, including project managing the annual Sustainability Report, while providing critical support for AASB S2 climate reporting and voluntary ESG disclosures. This role maintains and operationalises sustainability governance frameworks, ensuring integration and alignment with corporate governance and risk management processes.You’ll coordinate cross-functional working groups, manage external assurance engagements and oversee ESG data collection and validation, while staying ahead of global sustainability trends and regulatory developments. If you’re passionate about governance, reporting excellence and driving meaningful sustainability outcomes, this is your opportunity to make an impact at scale.You’ll have –10+ years’ experience in sustainability governance, reporting or corporate governance roles within complex organisations.Degree in Sustainability, Finance, Accounting, Law, Communications or a related discipline.Strong technical knowledge of sustainability frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, TNFD, SDGs and UNGC.Thorough understanding of AASB S2 requirements, including governance, strategy, risk management and metrics/targets.Experience managing end-to-end reporting processes and external assurance engagements, with familiarity with ISAE 3000 and AA1000AS standards.Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate complex sustainability concepts and data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a track record of stakeholder engagement and collaborative leadership.Why Qantas?
