Job Description

In this role you will Provide support on end-to-end High Net Worth (“HNW”) new business case management service in accordance with underwriting, compliance, regulatory and Group requirements and the agreed service lead time. Process cases in accurate, effective & timely manner. Ensure proper and complete documentation is filed in the internal record with good quality. Work closely with stakeholders to support the business channels to achieve the sales targets. Consistently and accurately provide the updated case information to all key stakeholders. Handle case enquires from sales staff/brokers and stakeholders in professional manner. Carry out the administrative work and prepare new business-related reports to business channel/partner Proactively support ad-hoc/additional tasks and duties as assigned by Team Leader/Senior Manager. To be successful you will need University degree holder; Higher Diploma holder with relevant working experience will also be considered Relevant working experience in life insurance industry, preferably bancassurance with HNW Case Management &/or New Business Operation experience Possessing LOMA qualifications or in progress of taking any LOMA courses would be a plus Great sense of teamwork, ownership and servicing mindset to deliver efficient and effective case management service processes Have ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese Opening up a world of opportunityhttp://www.hsbc.com/careersHSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
