This is a hands on role covering the full employee lifecycle-from recruitment to retention, compliance, and culture building.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & RetentionManage full-cycle recruitmentMonitor recruitment budgets and expenses, ensuring cost effective strategies are implemented without compromising on quality hires.Partner with HR leadership to ensure alignment of talent management initiatives with overall business strategyMaintain and analyze talent management metrics, providing actionable insights to improve processes.Onboarding & TrainingLead onboarding and orientation sessions.Coordinate training programs and monitor development progress.Employee Relations & PerformanceSupport performance reviews and assist managers with appraisals.Develop strategies to foster a positive workplace culture that promotes retention and job satisfaction.Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and insights on employee engagement initiatives.Policies, Payroll & ComplianceEnsure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, keeping HR policies up to date with legal changes.Assist with investigations and resolutions of employee grievances and disciplinary actions in line with company policy and legal requirements.Oversee benefits, attendance tracking, and payroll support.Prepare HR reports and insights to support strategic decisions.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human ResourcesMinimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the Fiotut Industry in Saudi ArabiaProficiency in Arabic and English is requiredStrong experience in KSA recruitment - Fitout & ContractingSkilled in using HRIS systems and recruitment platformsResidence in Riyadh region.Proven ability to manage localization, automation.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting tools.Candidates with Transferable Iqama & a Valid Saudi Driving license preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive Salary & BonusAnnual ticketsQuality Medical Coverage for Self & FamilySeniority levelMid Senior levelEmployment typeFull timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesArchitecture and Planning
