Job Description

Experience: 2-4 Years with Residential Sales Experience with a Developer/Broking Firm Core responsibilities:Client management: Identify and connect with potential buyers and sellers, understand their needs, and provide professional guidance throughout the transaction process. Property marketing: Take the properties/projects being marketed by the firm to market. Market the projects to prospective customers & Corporates. Market analysis: Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to help clients determine the right price for properties and stay informed on market trends. Negotiation: Mediate and negotiate terms between buyers and sellers to reach a mutually agreeable price and deal structure. Documentation: Review all necessary paperwork, such as contracts, deeds, ATS, Builder Buyer Agreement etc while ensuring compliance. Guidance, Support & Financing: Advise clients on legal requirements, market conditions, and financing options, and coordinate with other professionals like appraisers, lenders, and lawyers. Key skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong Industry connects with clients & developersStrong sales and marketing abilitiesStrong customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamQualificationsGraduate / PG
