Job Title: Assistant Area / Market Manager – Mobile Installment Location: Lahore, Pakistan Reports To: Country HeadJob Purpose The Area / Market Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the mobile installment sales operations in the assigned market/area. This role requires building and driving a high-performing sales team, maintaining strong relationships with partners, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded. The position involves both strategic planning and hands-on support on the sales floor.Key ResponsibilitiesSales ManagementOversee and manage mobile installment sales performance in the assigned area.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Team LeadershipRecruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team.Coach and motivate team members to consistently meet and exceed targets.Market Development & Partner RelationsDevelop an in-depth understanding of the assigned market, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape.Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders.Ensure smooth collaboration with partners to enhance product visibility and sales conversions.On-Field Support & Process ImprovementProvide on-floor sales support and guidance to the team and partners.Continuously improve sales processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.Share market insights and recommend strategies to improve performance and market penetration.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the mobile phone, electronics, or consumer finance industry. Experience in installment/financing sales will be a strong advantage.Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual). Sales team performance and retention rate. Market share growth in the assigned area. Partner satisfaction and engagement levels.
