Assistant Manager Warehouse

Job Summary:The incumbent must be experienced and result-oriented individual with strong pharmaceutical industry background, skilled in GMP/GSP-compliant operations, inventory control, and cold chain management. The incumbent must have proven ability to ensure regulatory compliance, optimize warehouse efficiency, and support smooth material flow across production and distribution/ dispatch.Job Responsibilities: Align warehouse operations with business goals, optimize warehouse capacity by taking decisions timely.Collaborate cross functionally, ensure regulatory readiness, and promote safety and quality cultureOversee daily warehouse operationsEnsure compliance with EHS, all pharmaceutical regulatory and quality requirements, and maintain accurate inventory recordsMonitor temperature-controlled storage areas, and keep a strong Coordination with QA/QC, Production, and PlanningConduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliationsTrain and supervise warehouse staff, coordinate with transporters and logistics providersKey Requirements:a Pharm-D a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experiencemust have knowledge of GMP and GSP, Inventory Control & Stock Reconciliation, Cold Chain & Controlled Temperature Storage Management, and Regulatory Compliance & Audit knowledgemust know how to use ERP/WMS & SAP Dispatch & Logistics Coordination, Vendor & Transporter Management, documentation & Record Management
