Supply Chain Manager

Global Marketing Services is a leading organization engaged in the import, manufacturing, and distribution of medical devices and pharmaceutical products. To further strengthen our operations, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain functions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to ensure uninterrupted product availability and smooth operations.Oversee procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution activities.Collaborate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Production, Sales, and other internal teams to ensure seamless supply flow.Manage demand planning, forecasting, and material requirement planning (MRP) to support business needs.Ensure strict compliance with DRAP and relevant regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and medical device products.Optimize inventory levels, supplier performance, and logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency.Lead, mentor, and motivate the supply chain team to achieve departmental goals and maintain performance excellence.Identify gaps, propose process improvements, and implement best practices across the supply chain function.Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on supply chain performance, costs, and risks.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, DRAP requirements, supplier management, and inventory control.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and strong proficiency in MS Office.Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and ensure timely execution of operations.
