Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Service Manager with first class customer service skills.While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays on a rota basis. OTE up to £40,000 plus benefits including a company car.In every aspect of our dealerships the aim is always to exceed customer expectation. Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service experience.Role and ResponsibilitiesTo ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Service departmentTo maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and accessoriesTo ensure that all manufacturers policies and procedure are adheredAssist with planning, forecasting and delivering sales targetsManaging and development of the teamGrowing workshop utilisation and efficiencyExceeding customer satisfactionManaging the smooth running and day to day activity of the Service DepartmentYou will need to be hands on in your approach to help support the Service Manager in driving the department forward, ensuring targets are met and budgets are managed.
