Job Description

Job DescriptionSupport the COO in monitoring key operational metrics, production reports, and factory performance dashboards.Consolidate and analyze monthly and quarterly reports from factories to deliver clear insights and summaries for management review.Prepare presentations, business updates, and operational reports for internal and external meetings.Conduct data analysis related to production efficiency, cost control, and inventory management; identify trends and propose improvement opportunities.Manage the COO’s schedule, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and follow up on action items.Serve as a communication bridge between the COO and factory leadership teams to ensure effective execution of directives.Draft and distribute meeting minutes, decisions, and action plans, ensuring alignment across departments.Assist in policy implementation, documentation control, and compliance monitoring within factory operations.Coordinate special projects, process improvement initiatives, and audits as assigned by the COO.Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.Having 2–3 years of experience in an operations, manufacturing, or executive assistant role (preferably supporting senior management).Good at EnglishStrong analytical and Excel skillsHaving experience with ERP or manufacturing systems is an advantage.
