The role involves conducting lectures, preparing course materials, designing syllabi, and facilitating classroom activities to enhance student learning. Participate in faculty discussions, and foster a collaborative learning environment. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to curriculum development.
