UTS College Sri Lanka (Colombo) is a fully fledged UTS college delivering programs and student services locally.About the roleReporting to the Team Leader (Enrolment), you’ll be the first point of contact for agents, prospective students and parents—advising on programs, applications and studying-abroad pathways, and converting quality enquiries into enrolments for UTS College Sri Lanka. Some evening/weekend work and occasional travel are part of the remit. Key responsibilitiesHandle enquiries across channels (e.g., Facebook, email, phone, agents) with timely, accurate information. Counsel students/parents on best-fit programs; follow up leads and progress them through to enrolment. Support recruitment with agents and schools: fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and presentations to prospective students. Keep meticulous records in the lead-management system; track and report on leads and pipeline. Gather and share market insights, including competitor offerings, to inform activity. Maintain high standards of administration and compliance with policies; take on reasonable ad-hoc tasks.
