Location: High Wycombe, moving to Maidenhead Q4 2026 (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)Department: Global Clinical Operations – X-Country Support CoEContract: 37 Hours per week, 12 Month Assignment.Reports to: Senior Supervisor, Centralized Admin Network (based in Beerse, Belgium)Job DescriptionManpower is proud to be partnering with Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in healthcare innovation, to recruit an Associate Administrative Assistant to join the Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team.This is an exciting opportunity to support cross-country clinical operations within a world-class organization dedicated to advancing health and improving patient outcomes. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-level administrative and operational support to GCO leadership and teams, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple countries.Working within the X-Country Support Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will help drive efficiency, collaboration, and compliance across administrative processes that underpin Johnson & Johnson’s clinical research excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex business calendars with strong prioritization and time management skills.Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events (on-site, off-site, and virtual).Handle confidential materials and interact daily with stakeholders at all levels.Support purchase order (PO) management and office logistics, including site visits and onboarding of new staff.Maintain and develop document management systems and SharePoint sites.Prepare presentations and internal communications, ensuring consistent, professional standards.Contribute to team projects, working groups, and cross-functional initiatives.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with the Johnson & Johnson Code of Business Conduct and relevant policies.About YouYou’ll be an organised, proactive, and professional administrator with a passion for excellence and a collaborative approach.
