This role is responsible for employee relations, HR administration, recruitment support, onboarding, and general HR program execution. The Junior HRBP partners closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and HR leadership to ensure consistent application of policies, programs, and practices while building foundational skills to grow into a more strategic HRBP role.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & SupportAct as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices.Support employee relations issues by offering advice and escalating complex cases to senior HR colleagues as needed.Build strong, trusted relationships across the business unit.Recruitment & OnboardingPartner with managers and Talent Acquisition to coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.Support the new-hire process, ensuring smooth onboarding and orientation experiences.HR Administration & ComplianceMaintain accurate employee files and HRIS data for ~100 employees.Process HR transactions related to promotions, transfers, leaves, and terminations.Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.Performance & DevelopmentProvide support during performance management cycles, including reminders, training on the process, and troubleshooting system questions.Help coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.Engagement & CultureAssist with HR-driven engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, surveys, and team events.Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (CHRP/CHRL designation or working toward designation preferred).2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist or coordinator capacity.Working knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and HRIS systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
