This role is ideal for both experienced lawyers and underbar applicants. As an Associate Lawyer, you'll play a key role in supporting our diverse practice areas through: Conducting legal research and analysis on complex issues. Drafting legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and opinions. Assisting in client consultations, negotiations, and case strategy development. Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and administrative proceedings. Collaborating with senior lawyers on mergers, acquisitions, tax matters, disputes, and compliance. Handling day-to-day case management and client communications.This position offers hands-on experience across our broad spectrum of services, with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, high-performance team.Qualifications Licensed to practice law in the Philippines (or underbar applicants eligible for admission). 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates and bar examinees are encouraged to apply. Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail. Articulate communicator, both written and verbal. Diligent, proactive, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A bit of audacity – we're looking for bold thinkers who aren't afraid to challenge the status quo. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools; familiarity with Philippine laws and regulations is a plus.What We Offer Competitive basic salary of PHP 42,000 to PHP 50,000 per month, based on experience.
