In return, we expect every single member to devote their hearts and minds entirely to this common, transformative cause.How You'll Make An ImpactWe are looking for a Risk Analytics Manager who will work closely with our bank and finance company clients to help them explore and apply Trusting Social credit insights product to simplify credit policy & process so that more Vietnamese consumers can get faster and fairer access to credit. You need to know how lenders work, how they think and the challenges they have in the Vietnam market. You'll also need to be a natural-born problem solver who will leverage Trusting Social solution to improve our clients' business.What You'll DoPortfolio Analytics: Analyze credit card and lending portfolio performance, uncover key trends, and generate actionable insights to manage risk and support growth.Risk Monitoring & Reporting: Build automated dashboards and early warning systems to track portfolio health and risk KPIs.Strategy Development: Support senior managers in refining credit strategies, including acquisition, line management, and collections.Collaboration: Partner with Data Science, Product, and Business teams to translate analytics into effective business strategies.Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, analytical efficiency, and portfolio performance.GenAI Application & AutomationExplore and apply GenAI tools to automate repetitive analytical tasks.Identify and design GenAI-enabled risk management solutions, such as anomaly detection, customer profiling, or decision support systems.What We're Looking ForExpert in unsecured credit products or consumer credit risk management with at least 7 years of experience in consumer lending products or credit/risk management.Experience in customer acquisition for unsecured consumer credit products.Experience in consumer credit digital journey/ credit card portfolio management/ scorecard modeling/ using alternative solutions to control credit risk/ fraud risk is preferred.Problem solver.Extremely analytical and numerical.Proven ability to influence partners and cross-functional teams without formal authority.Excellent English language writing and communication skills, native Vietnamese language skills.Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.What We OfferJoin our vibrant team and enjoy:Competitive compensation, including 13th-month salary and performance bonuses.Comprehensive health care for you and your dependents.Generous leave policies and flexible work hours.Convenient District 1 office location (next to the metro station).On-site lunch, Grab for work allowance, and fully equipped workstations.Fun team-building activities, sponsored sports clubs, and Thursday happy hours.Unlimited free coffee, tea, snacks, and fruit.A chance to make a profound social impact by democratizing credit access in emerging markets.At Trusting Social, we live by extreme ownership, insight-driven decisions, mindfulness, and audacity.
