SRM - Corporate banking ( Fluent English & Mandarin)

Job Description

Role DescriptionWealth Management (weight 70%): RM is responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients with a focus on liability products such as current accounts, term deposits, cash management services, trade finance, and FX solutions. This role is designed to manage and grow liability relationships with foreign direct investment (FDI) from China and other countries in Vietnam and regional supply chain ecosystems, focus on cross-border banking solutions:Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients especially Chinese FDI, acquire new to bank and managing the portfolio growth.Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including Chinese investors, local partners, and regional stakeholders.Collaborate with China Desk of BANK in the region and facilitate banking solutions for regional trade flows, supply chain finance.Drive growth in current accounts, term deposits, FX and cash management services. Structure and customize for cross-border solutions.Actively drive for cash/casa/deposits, identify new corporate clients and business opportunities, monitor and executive the action plans in achieving overall target allocated.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML).Maintaining strong communication with external and internal stakeholders. Lending (weight 30%): RM is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing lending relationships with corporate clients, particularly those with Chinese investment or ownership. The RM will focus on supporting FDI inflows and cross-border financing aligned with regional connectivity:Identify and onboard corporate clients with Chinese FDI, joint ventures, or regional supply chain linkages.Build long-term relationships with Chinese investors, local partners, and regional stakeholdersStructure and execute credit facilities including term loans, working capital, project finance, and trade finance.Conduct in-depth financial analysis, credit assessments, and prepare credit proposals for approval.Collaborate with China Desk, GRM, Trade Finance, and Treasury teams to deliver integrated cross-border solutions.Monitor loan performance, conduct annual reviews, and manage renewals and restructurings.Ensure credit quality and proactively manage early warning signals.Ensure full compliance with internal credit policies, KYC/AML regulations, and cross-border lending rules.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance & Banking.5–10 years of experience in corporate lending, liability products, cash management, cross- border banking products or credit analysis, preferably with exposure to FDI clients.Fluency in Mandarin or familiarity with Chinese business culture is a strong advantage. English proficiency is also required.Strong understanding of credit structuring, project finance, and cross-border banking.Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.A strong & assertive communicator in speaking & writing.
